"Zombie Flash Mob"

Pocket Productions and Colonial Life Arena teamed up on Halloween weekend to flood Columbia with a fresh batch of zombies. Ryan Thomas, Mindy Chester and members of USC Dance led hundreds in the choreography of one unforgettable dance.

Zombies were made early in the day, thanks to makeup artist Courtney Solcum and collaborating USC students. USC campus, the Congaree Vista, and Five Points were raided by zombies. After moving through the surrounding sidewalks and shops, they collapsed and then rose again at the sound of Michael Jackson's Thriller, shocking the onlookers with gruesome (and brilliant) performances of the legendary dance.

These were the largest performances of Thriller to date in South Carolina.
